just wondering if the SCWA needs any more wrestlers and if so how would you go about getting involved?
TLC is a lifetime wrestling fan and has martial arts experiance, really interested in getting into the local pro wrestling and need directions on where to start!

Having martial arts experience is a great start, but what you really need is proper wrestling training. To my understanding SCWA is looking to start a training school, they just need a head trainer.
After the training, you would have to acquire a license from the athletic committee. With your Martial Arts experience, and if you had done MMA, then you should be familiar with this process.
Before I give you too much more info that I'm not 100% sure about, I'll let SCWA management reply first before I say anything else.

Yes, you must be trained in professional wrestling. Martial arts experience really doesnt help much, but if you'll come to one of our shows and speak with one of our owners I'm sure they can help to point you in the right direction towards training and such. Keep in mind you will not be trained just a few times and allowed in the ring. Training takes months, if not more, depending on your ability to learn what is needed to become a pro wrestler. But attend one of our shows and speak with an owner and I'm sure they can tell you what you need to know.
